Chili Crisps Egg Sandwich
VegetarianAmazing flavors from this surprisingly simple to make breakfast sandwich. Feta cheese also works for this sandwich.
Ingredients
Chili Crisps
two eggs (beaten)
Spinach
tomato
shredded cheddar cheese
salt, pepper to season
Instructions
Add chili crisps to the a hot warm pan. Let them heat up a little. Then add 2 beaten eggs. Follow with an opened bagel face down. Once the egg is cooked through, flip over, top one half with tomato and spinach and the other with cheese. Fold together and enjoy!
